The Korbezyre is a rhinoceros-like mammal about 1.5 meters long and 1.2 meters high, excluding the horn. The tip of the horn of the adult korbezyre rises about two meters above the ground. The creature is found in herds ranging from about ten to fifty members in the woodlands of [[Pytharnia]].  It is know for it great and long single horn above its nose which is black and covered with spiraling grooves in a mirror likeness of each side.  The creature has a somewhat thick hide covered in long fur.  The creature is hunted for the ebony of its horn, but protected by the elves whenever possible.  Legends say the creature was found in great numbers throughout Pytharnia, even in the south, but was pushed up to the north by hunters. Today, it is only found in the deep woodlands of Pytharnia.  Korbezyre are herbivores but can be provoked to attack.
