A floating island (compare skyness) which is a nexus of the four elements, a sajuma is typically the habitation of giants. It is about five miles in diameter.
Elemental Alignment
Each sajuma is aligned with all of the four elements and has the following traits:
- earth: the island itself is made of earth
- fire: fire streams out the bottom of the island which is thought to hold the island up. The smoke spills up the sides of the island, creating a smokey veil around the island
- water: a great spring rests in the island generating streams of water which spill off down to the earth or sea. These streams break through the smokey veil
- air: the island rests in the sky, perhaps this is what keeps it afloat rather than streams of fire from beneath.
