The Bay of Sealgo is in fact a small sea in the northeastern corner of the Pallathantic Sea which separates Erserce from Ambrulia which is the Centaur nation of Streionia. It was the body of water over which the ancient Proto-Moigthe migrated from Erserce into southeastern Pytharnia. The Andrickar River flows into the Bay of Sealgo and is an important waterway for access between Hamalan and the Bay of Sealgo which leads into the Pallathantic Sea. The Bay of Sealgo does not provide deep access into the High Shadevan Valley. Rather, the Shadew River through the Shadevan Delta does so.
