Pindacos, also known as Pindacos Island, rests west of the continent of Orrhymby. The island is in the southwestern Sea of Parkyos and along the eastern portion of the Great Draconian Ocean. The west tip of the island is widely accepted as the westernmost point in the old world of Asdarah. The island has a rainy, mediterranean climate and several large forests.
Halflings and humans comprise the primary civilized inhabitants of the island. Their settlements are small with large tracts between them, save for a few important ports on the coast.
Pindacos is not organized as part of any neighboring state as has been claimed by both the Dominion of Umbardia and the Empire of Achubaia. As these two states are friendly to each other, neither has attempted to enforce its rulership over the island which remains independent.
