The Fourth Isbajath, 2257 to 2260, advanced the campaign of the Incarnandinas. Under the direction of the Incarnandina Miyanikhiya kath Agiya, the th'ughiya Ukhalirya kath Agiya and the harubeel, S’abubyal kab T’ehub, led the veteran warriors from the successful Third Isbajath in Ebinóë by caravel across the Pallathantic Sea the harbor of Gnousikai. They took rest to gain strength in the lawful stronghold of Zamaclë and then left within a week to catch the chaos ruler, Varyaz the Shapeless, off-guard. However, the ruler expected as much and was prepared to meet the tisbajuma in the harbor at the Battle of Desmer.
Varyaz the Shapeless, a throe being from another realm, had been summoned by various chaos mages of Maturn. The exocosmic being was enthoned as their ruler and took to himself several human brides. Their offspring were prismatic, alien beings and the occasion of his rule is known as Protean Gnousikai to historians.
Varyaz was unable to expel the tisbajuma from his shores and the Shenimite commanders set the walled city under siege, both by land and by sea, a condition which did not change until 2258, when a relief force of beings from the realm of chaos materialized and fought to slay or drive off the tisbajuma in the conflict subsequently known as the Battle of the Sea Throes. The energist warriors defeated the throes and resumed the siege into 2260 when a relief force for the tisbajuma arrived and the commanders assaulted the city and the fortress of Varyaz the Shapeless. In the first conflict, the Battle of the Children of Varyaz, 2260, Harubeel S’abubyal kab T’ehub, was slain, although the tisbajuma did defeat Varyaz's defending army. Dyasa Chaspavut, an Ersercese Incarnandist Commander was made the new harubeel and led the tisbajuma army into the city. After the besiegers broke into the city, they drove through to the seat of the chaos ruler's dominion and fought the hard-pressed Battle of Ojimat Palace in the same year. Zudhayal kab S'ephah and Salishaim kab T'amunyal are credited with slaying Varyaz the Shapeless. The Basilica of Saints S'ephah and Salishaim is named after them.
During the siege, Zamaclë became an important site that received additional tisbajuma before they were transported by barge to the Harbor of Gnousikai. After the defeat of Varyaz and the occupation of the city, the commanders prepared for the advance from Gnousikai to Bryndyd for what would be the Seventh Isbajath against Bexaloth Archmage of the Infinite Elements of Eternal Chaos.
