First Senate
According to tradition, Aurician farmers, merchants, and priests first elected members of a senate in the 12th century (1100's).
Mage Senate
1276 to 1287, Omandral Sorcerer King appoints almost one hundred mages as the senators of Aurice to ensure its loyalty to him.
