The Susurrant Desert is a sandy, somewhat rocky wasteland in northern Weshif crossed by the lower Leh-Shelekhumbis River before it enters the land of Gilguliath and thence to the sea. The Leh-Shelekhumbis River is used for irrigation and marks a green zone in an other arid region. The desert is named after the whistling winds that are characteristic of the region. The desert is part of the Sultanate of Beph-Themesh.
