The safoth is the Erechórebese word for a kind of tunic shirt that was widely worn during the High Yophenthean Empire. The safoth reaches to the ankles with fitted sleeves that fit closely to the wrists, has buttons up the front from the mandarin collar down to the waist. It is made of linen or silk with embroidered cuffs and mandarin collar; functions as a shirt, worn under outer-wear or by itself. During the High Yophenthean Empire, the safoth was typically worn beneath the drinca.
