Satran is the divine son of Kaina, the goddess of starmoon and Bhimala, the god of Lake Vima, in the Kalaman Pantheon. Satran is revered in Vimalia as the father of the bhimalokhas, the priests of the god Bhimala. Satran is known in several tales as a devotee of his grandfather, the god Hesukh. In the Satranakumi, the account of his life is given, including his taming of the dragon goddess, Dajhis, who was the sister to Bhimala and thus Satran's aunt.
