Gantvia is a country of the eastern high valleys of the Jaggudorn Mountains which are in the southern region of the High Shadevan Plateau. Gantvia is comprised of two great valleys, the valley of the Varruzakh River and the southern valley of the Hoarflood River which both flow into the Shadew River. The primary mountain chains that hem in the valleys to the north, south, and west are the Bloodhammer Mountains, and the Helebhuodhi Mountains. Gantvia rests south of Thrace and north of Jamenth and was anciently part of the New Kalikán Empire. The Hoarflood River occupies the Solmigoh Plateau and is covered by Sametyokhu Forest. The capital of the Commonwealth of Gantvia is Njolevwar. Gantvia has very cold winters, but becomes remarkably pleasant in spring and summer.
The historic sky people of Gantvia are the Solmagal. Gantvian, the language of modern Gantvia, originates primarily from the Solmagali Language.
