-The Middle Ages is the extent of time from the [[fall of the Yophenthean Empire]], 986 to the end of the [[Isbajutha]], around 2350.  Some historians consider this a much shorter period, counting only from the end of the [[Yophenthean Successor States]],  around 1150 to the beginning of the Isbajutha, 2241 or only about eleven centuries.  The second half of this period from about 1800 to 2250 is called the [[Middle Ages of Chaos]] due to the prevailing dominion of Chaos Rulers.
