Beh-Shelub is the sultanic seat and capital of the Sultanate of Beph-Themesh.

Beh-Shelub is the capital of the Beph-Themesh, established in 2590 by House Tchula whose heir Jahilaad III occupies the throne of the sultanship. The site of Beh-Shelub rests on the end of peninsula lying across from the mouth of the Leh-Shelekhumbis River. Beh-Shelub is a Dagaithi name that means "Seat of Shelub." It is the largest port city in the sultanate and the largest city in the Bay of Shelekhumbia.

Beh-Shelub is the seat of the sultanic palace of House Tchula and the headquarters of several corpora mercia. The local language is Shelekhumbi. The population is 237,000. The city is governed by a council of corpora-mercial magistrates who are approved by the sultan. The council is presided over by a governor appointed by the sultan. The city is also an entrepot for goods and wares shipped up the Leh-Shelekhumbis River.
