The Dominion of Useph-Re-Kaal was ruled by the sorcerer-king, Useph-Re-Kaal around the turn of the twenty first century and lasted from 1972 to 2037 AI. The dominion assured religious freedom to Arathracians, Chaos cultists, and traditional Jaithan polytheists. The dominion collapsed after the death of Useph-Re-Kaal without proper succession and the various subject city-states and communities fell into autonomy or disorder. In this sense, the Dominion of Useph-Re-Kaal was similar to the Omandraline Empire of Sky. However, Useph-Re-Kaal, openly worshiped chaos divinities and practiced chaos magic.
