The Omasoni are a Hœrnectian sect of Incarnandists who believe that the account of the Incarnandus is an allegory for the transcendental divinity of all intelligent beings. The Omasoni incorporate Hœrnectian mythology and polytheism into their system of beliefs which stresses self-discovery and consciousness. Omasoni practice the meditation exercises common to many Incarnandist energists, even if the energist ability seems lacking. The Omasoni sect arose in the tenth century in western Hœrnect. They kept their numbers secret to avoid persecution. By the time the Middle Ages of Chaos arrived, they were expert in concealing their practices and beliefs from society. Today, the Omasoni are a significant religious minority in Hœrnect and other parts of Disradún.
