Ardné Island is one of the three Thykomian Islands in the eastern Pallathantic Sea, resting between Sprander Island and Imomólë Island. It is famous for Mount Ardinth, an active volcano. Neighboring small islands include Tlandos Island and Zaxos Island. It is part of the Aurician Over-Province of Thykomia. The chief city of the island is Zeptril. The principal spoken language is Ithatian.
Ardné Island was part of the ancient Kingdom of Thykomos (ca 2400 AS to 1775 AS) and the preceding Kingdom of Tirios (ca 4200 AS to 2400 AS). Off of its eastern coasts lie two Triton undersea cities. The Incarnandist Nunnery of St. Olmima Olima at Giantess Head rests in the mountains north of Mount Ardinth.
