Zavian

Any person who unconsciously and usually unintentionally practices magic is called a Zavian, a term derived from the character Zavia. It is usually a freak accident that the person cannot intentionally duplicate without instruction or assistance by an actual practitioner of magic. Magic generated from this circumstance is called the Zavia Effect.
