Great Earthquake of Amyrn (2207)
The Great Earthquake of Amyrn struck in the summer of 2207. It toppled many columns of the Temple of Amrulon Sun God and brought down portions of the rooftop. Local lore ascribes the earthquake to the wrath of the gods, attributing their anger variously to the neglect of the cult of the god Amrulon and to the advent of the worship of the gods of Chaos.
The earthquake also destroyed many other notable structures and started several fires that devastated sections of the city.
