Zimwenyo is the core land of the Ojo Empire. It has a dry climate with relatively higher rainfall in certain parts which have greater occurrence of trees and bushes. The chief city in Zimwenyo is the capital of the Ojo Empire, Izimbuju. The Ulandari Peninsula is part of Zimwenyo.
