Ancestral Rift of Sky
The year of ca 523 AS saw the emigration of the Parkyons under House Mipnor from the valleys of Thrace to Colnoria. The event marks the Ancestral Rift of Sky, the great schism between the Parkyon and the Kalikáns over the rulership of the Jaggudorns. Anciently, the sky tribes had recognized the hegemony of the Parkyon tribe. But the Kalikáns challenged this authority for many years, until the Parkyons departed in indignation for Colnoria.
Around 227 AS to 225 AS, the Parkyons and allied Colnorian Tribes under the leadership of King Myddarddowyn, the King of the Mipnors, migrated from Colnoria over the Sea of Pytharnia to Dewyddair in the mountains of southern Barathorn. This is not the Ancestral Rift of Sky, but is often associated with it as these western sky peoples now completely removed themselves from the Jaggudorn region.
