Phaeredon

Phaeredon is a lesser Isxinthion God of oaths made between mortals under the open sky. In ancient times and sometimes in modern times, contracts with orally recited oaths were made under the open sky so that the gods could witness the oath. Thus the oath-maker was bound both by mortal witnesses and divine witnesses.
