Lucacian is a demonym that can mean pertaining to the land of Lucacia, the inhabitants of Lucacia, or the Lucacian Language. The Thracian name for Lucacia is Throvy. The ancient Jathya-Dhumi name is Jakubya.
Most Lucacians are descended from the Midrinksi Tribes who migrated into the region in the first millennium before Salmakhamer. They speak the Lucacian Language which is related to the Tassan Language. However, there are many Lucacian humans of other ethnic origins, such as Ersercese and Thracian. These people's ancestors immigrated into Lucacia and are thus not ethnic Lucacians.
