The Wyvern Shore stretches between the northeast spurs of the Adamantine Mountains and the southwest end of the Amshoori Sea.

The Wyvern Shore is the name of the relatively low southwest coast of the Amshoori Sea and the northeast spurs of the Adamantine Mountains. It is often considered part of the Shahaz Region of central Asdauria. The place is so named for the Wyverns that fly overhead, on the hunt from their weirs in the Adamantines. It is a dangerous stretch of the Great Silk Highway and often visited by bandits. It is used for access between the Steppes of Eloaria and the western end of the deserts of Shahaz.

Great Silk Highway

The Wyvern Shore is a segment of the route of the Great Silk Highway. Historically, merchants passing through the area do so under the flag of a powerful warlord of the steppe or deserts or with heavily armed mercenaries or both. Today, the region is irregularly patrolled by centaurs or uhlaks under the authority of the Shakhumbla of the Brasen Horde. Typically, they require merchants passing through to pay a stiff fee or risk being robbed by bandits loyal to the Shakhumbla. For this reason, some merchants prefer the southern route that passes through Beph-Themesh (Shelekhumbia).
