Bonelout

A bonelout is the common term used to refer to an animated skeleton, typically brought into existence through the power of wicked hieratic powers or necromancy, although they can also come into existence through powerful cataclysmic events such as those which brought about the Throe Wastes in Lucacia. Bonelouts are rare but preserved in the memory of legends and horror stories. They are known to exist in some measure in the Throe Wastes but traditionally also in places where great wickedness was committed. But most bonelouts recorded in history were animated skeletons in the employ of a necromancer.
