Safaadi Island
Safaadi Island rests in the Sea of Malankhas off the coast of southern Weshif. It has a semi-arid climate with monsoonal rains in late summer. The island was colonized by Thammazite tribes in the ancient past. The island is an important source of olibanum and myrrh. There is a copper mine on the island that has been active since ancient times. The primary city is Thuadwan along the southern coast where the ruling prince dwells. The people of the island have important historic commercial relations with Shagrela'al, Shanjahar, Shir'im Island, and Narshad.
