The anemotis is an application of magic which manipulates air to protect a skycraft or jaibu from destructive winds. Their origin is unknown but thought to exist sometime after the invention of skycraft or in other words in the late first millennium before Salmakhamer. Unlike a twriagdówrch, anemotis magic is temporary. Anemotis magic is not titancraft.
The word anemotis is a terranization from the classical Greek word which means "she that stills the wind."
