Auricryst

Auricryst is a crystalline substance with golden inclusions found in the greater World of Asdar, but specifically in the World of Joturnia. It is very precious and used to power great titancraft engines and vessels. It is necessary in the World of Joturnia for craft that voyage outside of the pansphere of Joturnia into near space where there is so little ambient magical energy that titancraft must use the dense energy of the auricryst for power. It is unknown in the World of Asdar.
