Dhaalizoond

The state of Dhaalizoond rests on the isthmus that joins Ukelia and Weshif and parts the Titans Sea, a bay of the great ocean, and the Sea of a Thousand Curses. In the Pallathantic, Dhaalizoond is commonly called 'Thelisond.' The state is ruled by the Knights of the Seven Seals from the Fortress of Devil's Eye. Intercepting profitable trade routes has immensely enriched the non-Incarnandist brotherhood of warriors, despite the desert situation.
