The dominion assured religious freedom to Arathracians, Chaos cultists, and traditional Jaithan polytheists. The dominion collapsed after the death of Useph-Re-Kaal without proper succession and the various subject city-states and communities fell into autonomy or disorder. In this sense, the Dominion of Useph-Re-Kaal was similar to the Omandraline Empire of Sky. However, Useph-Re-Kaal, openly worshiped chaos divinities and practiced chaos magic.
