The ambiguous masculinity of the wine god Rhio was repurposed as the androgenous divinity, Errignomon who promised access across the boundaries of gender, consciousness and unconsciousness, and finally life and death. He was a god of holy, transformative fire and in this respect similar to Zulmani. But Errignomon transformed through the power of wine. Errignomon is a chaos god, often expressing the more obvious aspects of chaos that were suppressed or dismissed in the god Rhio. Errignomon was worshiped during the Late Yophenthean Empire, despite proscription, and into the time of the Yophenthean Successor States. His worship continued during the Middle Ages and he was held in great esteem by Kualotha of the Groaning Earth.

The practice of the mysteries was essential to his cult. Priests inducted new devotées into the mysteries with the promise of progression in spiritual advancement through the grace of the god. The exact practices are kept secret by his priests and worshipers who are placed under an oath of silence. Consequently, little is publicly known.
