Convoked by [[Miyanikhiya kath Agiya]] during the [[Isbajutha]] and held in [[Tishereth]] in 2254, the Council consisted of mostly Incarnandists, some Khahonrites, some Cospians (Kheshephite), and perhaps one or two Geddamin.  The council differed from a general congregation of the Incarnandist religion as it included non-Incarnandists whom the Incarnandina expressly invited.
