In the tumultuous twenty fourth century, the newly restored Erechórebese Arathracian Church struggled to root out chaos cults and was compelled to normalize relations with the Incarnandists. Sunfather Tambrigal III sent a mission to the Kingdom of Oliblish to establish the relationship between the Holy See of Yophénthë and Oliblish. In fact, the concordat had been sued for by the Incarnandina Shadirya kath She'eseleth (2303 to 2361). The sunfather, not wishing to seem to be conceding doctrinal or spiritual hegemony to the Incarnandists, negotiated the relationship with the King of Oliblish who was unofficially working as the representative of the Incarnandina. The concordat was seen as the culmination of unprecedented cooperation between the Arathracians and the Incarnandists during the Isbajutha.

The concordat, agreed to in 2357 between Sunfather Tambrigal III and the King of Oliblish, established the following agreements:

The Erechórebese Arathracian Church respects the rights of Incarnandists to practice their religion privately in Arathracian principalities without molestation or ecclesiastical harassment
Incarnandists shall be exempt from ecclesiastical imposts. Where Incarnandists dwell within the rule of an Arathracian Prince, they shall pay no monies for the support of edifices which are solely or primarily for the observances of the Church or her children.
The historical places of refuge which to this time have been built up and maintained by the Incarnandists in accordance with their peculiar faith shall not be disestablished by any Arathracian clergy, unless the King of Oliblish and the Holy Sunfather both agree in unanimity to the same action.
The King of Oliblish shall honor the rights of Arathracians to practice their ancient cults without molestation or harassment.
The King of Oliblish shall ensure Arathracians are safe from chaos cultists within his domain.
The King of Oliblish shall not knowingly proselytize Arathracians or induce them to change.
The King of Oliblish shall not place unequal burdens upon Arathracians.
The King of Oliblish shall not require Arathracians to contribute time or resources for the purpose of constructing or maintaining edifices for which the sole or primary purpose is Incarnandist observance.
The King of Oliblish shall respect the independence of the ancient Arathracian Sanctuaries and shall neither besiege them or require their obedience, except as is needful for public order and the defense of the state against insurrection and invasion

The Concordat has become the model of relations between the Arathracian Church and Incarnandists throughout the world.
