The names in this list are derived from the traditional Ithatian names as confirmed by Kalaman resources. It is to be remembered that some of the oldest 'original' sources were confiscated by the Geddamin during their rule of Kalama, though most were not seized, but copied.
According to various historical compilations, these cities were thought to be at least twelve thousand years old and inhabited by the Aarokinian Titans before the Flood of Aturyanda.
