Ithatian Engineer, Natural Philosopher, Birth of Pattomos, b 323, Kumeikë; d 391, Elystrio; lived during early Yophenthean period of the Ithatian Isles. Pattomos foreshadowed the Five Locks Project by conceiving of a system of locks and engineering to enable riverbarges to bypass the cataracts of the Shadew River. He also wrote about the engineering projects of ancient Shelekhumbia in Elántuventh and the engineering projects of ancient Kalama and Midretasso.
