Developed in the 27th century, Pekwari's Hypothesis establishes the idea that a talented Sungotinian could make use of the access to the worldsoul to manipulate the nature of magic. This hypothesis is disputed not only for a lack of evidence but for its reliance on the unproven principle that Sungotinians receive knowledge from and have influence over the worldsoul. For this reason, many esotericist scholars reject Pekwari's Hypothesis.
