Penjahl is the ancient Kalaman name for what is believed to have been the god Lygdamion. In modern Jaithan, the name Lygdamion is used rather than Penjahl. The god Penjahl is referred to as the patron god of ancient Balimarutha as described in the Aturyandakumi.
