His cult was introduced to these places by various missionaries, especially Kharedokhos the Oneiromancer, a powerful priest of Ugamios from Shelekhumbia. In Gnousikai, his cult was practiced and studied by the collaboration of the chaos mages of the city. They attempted to find a link between the god Ugamios and the god Zamzooh whose cult was known in the West only through revelation.
