The ugul-zhag' are descended from mixed human and hobgoblin stock. They form ghettos in the outlying communities of the Jaggudorns and make their own small communities along the frontier where they breed among themselves. They inherit many qualities of their hobgoblin ancestry and the adaptability and intelligence of their human forebears. They are typically taller than humans and especially so if the human parent is of one of the human Jaggudorn-Gwenyan tribes. They are generally mistrusted among humans but sometimes hired as mercenaries or guides for jobs in the wilderness of the Jaggudorns. The Ugul-Zhag' worship their own demi-gods. They are less rejected among hobgoblins than among humans.
