The Age of Ice and Fire is a period of time recognized by magdeologers and some historians which transpired of a roughly three thousand year length of time on the world of Asdar, from about 10,000 AS to about 7,770 AS, after the Flood of Aturyanda. The time period corresponds nearly identically with the dwarven period known as the Age of Ice and Blood. During this time, glaciers advanced, dragons expanded from the north, and dwarves found refuge in the depths of the earth.
