Seat of the most famous oracle of Amrulon in all Barathorn and world renown, Amberstar is also the governing capital of a small city-state—the Theocracy of Amberstar. The fair center of the city around which dozens of streets and buildings huddle is the High Temple to Amrulon, poised upon the slopes of the Mountains which afford a generous view of western Eagle Bay. At the center of the oracular temple is the Amberstone.
As a theocracy, the council of high priests to Amrulon rules the entire city and its outlying domain.
