Codex Onombriacus
The Codex Onombriacus is kept in a special containment vessel in the High College of Arcane Science in Masmowch, Medibgö. The scholars and preservationist report that this is essential to prevent further deterioration to the codex. The codex is so named after the city of Onombria thats existence is disputed today. It has been widely speculated that the containment vessel is designed to prevent magical reaction between the codex and its environment. Its possible relationship to Bexaloth Archmage of the Infinite Elements of Eternal Chaos is speculated and debated among scholars of the Archmagian Period.
The codex was confiscated from the collection of a Medibgösk wizard[who?] living in Asbardy in the 25th century (2400's) and came into the ownership of the ruler of Amyrn. The regents of the High College of Arcane Science purchased the codex in 2687 for a considerable sum.
The topics treated in the Codex are not publicly known and the High College of Arcane Science will not reveal its contents which is standard practice for custodians of tomes and texts that treat of the practical application of magic. Even most students of the High College report that they have no knowledge or access to the codex.
