The Corgal Stele is so called for the farmer who discovered it in the Tillaingoggy River by the township of Splaig in Asbardy in 2642. The local magistrate had the stele excavated and examined. It measures nearly three gnö high (about 3.8m) and bears an inscription in the middle Asbardian Language recording a land grant by Archmage Bexaloth to a dragon knight wizard in the year 2217.
The Corgal Stele is on display in the Museum of High Antiquaries of Bryndyd.
