Endocosmy is the condition of originating from the same realm as the speaker or the "local" realm. Thus to the viewpoint of a human native to Asdar, a Bimbhari Tree is endocosmic while an Aio, from the realms of chaos, is not endocosmic, but is rather exocosmic. The terms endocosmic and endocosmic are used by specialists within the study of polycosmy.
