Field of Gweldrags
The Field of Gweldrags is a site that rests in the west hills of the Amosgire, west of Barrowstream River. The location of an infamous Yophenthean military defeat, the Field of Gweldrags is known as a haunted site with reports of spectral soldiers, ghostly trumpetings, and the din of shimmering blades up to the present day. It is widely considered one of the most haunted places in the world. Witnesses continue to bring back reports of ghostly legions clashing with enspirited Tuadbe and Moigthe warriors, with the latter victorious. The trumpet sound of retreat is heard, sometimes completely unexpectedly and yet no trumpeter can be found.
The Field of Gweldrags is located on the site of the Battle of Gweldraga, 461, named for a small Tuadbe town that existed in the area.
