Ganter Sound reaches into southern Esphagonia in southern Pytharnia and is named for the island of Ganter.
Ganter Sound is a bay and channel reaching out of southern Esphagonia. At its southern end, it lies between Ganter Island and Pheden Island. The island of Glavenos lies in the sound. All of its coasts are part of Asbardy. Important sea ports in the sound include Glammath and Alvalove. The mouth of the Ganter Sound opens up into the Bastards Sea.
