b 2699; Current Meddix (2748 to 2753) of the Republic of Johaulia, Lutvar, more popularly known as Lutvar of Johaulia, is the charismatic head of state of the central Corundian republic who strongly supported the creation of the League of Corundy. He was born of mixed Tassan - Jaithan ancestry and studied in Numiria.
