The Skegmire Sea rests in southwestern Orrhymby between the Tarkhov Wastes and Merethaia along the western coast of the continent. The sea is long with regard to north and south and its southern shores are mostly swampy. Its waters are moderately saline, but not so saline as the ocean. Its western shore defines the eastern boundary of the Dominion of Merethaia. The Skegmire Sea is an important source of fish and other resources. It is the habitation of gishak, hyrseka, and axmandel.
