The Strait of Skaligdæ lies between northern Skaligdæ and southern New Pytharnia. It is the main waterway between the Austral Ocean and the Great Eastern Draconian Ocean. The Strait of Skaligdæ was the place for the sea and some aerial battles of the Trooskan War. The Strait was important for great sea-barges en route to Sungo until the creation of the Grand Canal of Benjalay in 2719 made passage through the strait unnecessary.
