A horn of Isbuzirah, or Isbuziran Horn, is a great device wrought from metal in the Realms of Chaos. The horn begins from a large mouthpiece set to the metallic body of the horn that extends forth, dividing into two branches which then drop down to form two parallel curls that cross each other. After the two tubes rise and meet again at the top, they extend forth, spiraling around each other and increasing significantly in size for about twenty feet until they come each down to a large, tuba-like opening where the sound of the horn emanates. Requiring an enormous reservoir of pulmonary strength, the Horn of Isbuzirah is reserved for the use of giants and divinities.

The Isbuziran Horn was used during the Middle Ages of Chaos by the battle-minions of Chaos Gods in conjunction with the gargaspuel war-beasts of the armies of chaos that fought in western Asdauria and Throvy (Jecubia).

The name Isbuzirah is not well understood. It is thought to be the name of a great warrior-mage of the Aitiaobh or perhaps even one of their Chaos Gods.
