The Magianic Scarab was discovered in 2641 during the excavations for the Citadel of the Magitechnic Institute of Aurice. It is a fine example of commemorative Ulcanovite Scarabs from the twenty third century. It now rests on display in the Galdimesan Archguild Museum of Aurice.
The Scarab is made of a carved black granite stone, set with a gold cameo in the back that portrays the face of Prince Ulcanov. On the belly of the Scarab is an inscription invoking the favor of the Dark Prince and praising his god, Lygdamion.
