The great international council of many Pallathantic Nations, the Congress of Bryndyd convened in the great Basilica of St. Treel (Bryndyd) under the leadership of Sunfather Orry II. Hosted by Arch-Duke Jafthor Javard-Stroont. Bryndyd was chosen as the capital of Asbardy whose duke had shown great bravery and resilience along with the League of Pytharnia, under the leadership of Medibglame Llyffclaw against the New Kalikán Empire. Bryndyd was also chosen as a sign of reconciliation to the Holy See of Pytharnia. Plenipotentiaries from many rulers attended.

The Congress took course over nearly the entire month of Amrulmoon. It was conducted in the Classical Yophenthean Language and the Medibgóëse Language.
